Wedding presents and equipment begin to arrive at Clinton wedding site
Hudson Valley News has confirmed that wedding presents have begun arriving at Astor Courts, the site of the wedding of Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky in Rhinebeck, New York. In addition a convoy of rental trucks and SUV's, all bearing Massachusetts license plates, were backed up in the driveway at 189 River Road. A large flatbed truck carrying what appeared to be large air conditioning units and generators was too wide for the estate entrance and had to enter from an adjoining property. There is a discernible increase in security as the July 31 wedding date approaches. Deliveries today were met by Rhinebeck police officers. Wedding presents were accepted by security well short of the house and driven up by security.
